We are at home around the world & meet in digital landscapes

We are a web agency with an affiliated full-service network. This means that through a single point of contact, you can access a well-established pool of experts. So you get everything from a single source.

It is important to us that your investment pays off in the long run. This also means that we won’t simply implement everything without challenging you. Instead, we suggest alternative solutions where necessary.

For over six years, our focus has been on sustainable design, long-term partnerships and social commitment to our network. Take a look at the testimonials from our clients and see for yourself.

„We stand for sustainable ideas, creative solutions and social commitment. And we like to support others who do too.“

Web Strategy & Concept

Meet Isabella. As a cultural scientist, she always focuses on the interdisciplinary approach. After her studies, she started off as a project manager at JGzB and as web team member of the co2online’s “Climate seeks protection” campaign. In 2014, she founded the ACB network, which marked the beginning of  “allcodesarebeautiful.” As a certified Google partner, Isabella specializes in user behavior and the creation of very well-structured frameworks. In complex projects, she always keeps an eye on the big picture, fostering an appreciative collaboration and efficient workflows between all participants. Besides work, she enjoys writing, for example on the topic of remote teams on t3n. As a permaculture designer, Isabella not only implements sustainability principles in her own garden, but also transfers them to the web – to promote sustainable design in the digital landscape! She has lived in Berlin for many years, but in winter she will most likely be found somewhere by the sea.

Hannah also facilitates regular workshops on UX design and branding, showcasing her ability to create thought-out user journeys and complexe filter systems. As our conversion expert, Hannah specialises in UX/UI design and usability. She sees frontend design as a means to present the different projects in their best light. Hannah also has a deep understanding of the needs of non-profit organizations and sustainable projects. While Berlin is her home base, her true playground is the world, where she frequently embarks on sailbaod adventures. She also likes good food and good stories.

Workshops & Accessibility

Meet Catarina, who brings a great dose of creativity and expertise from numerous professional fields. With previous experience as a production manager, sales assistant, content manager, editor and translator, she brings a unique skill set to the table. As a true organizational talent, she always keeps an overview while staying optimistic and full of good spirit. At ACB she is not only shining as a project manager whose processes are smart and efficient. She’s also a skilled moderator who has a talent for making workshops fun, engaging and interactive. Catarina’s third passion is creating web projects that are accessible to everyone, so that every user can have a seamless and enjoyable experience. When she’s not advocating for a more sustainable web, she’s working towards a more inclusive world as an advocate for type 1 diabetes.

Project Management & Workshops

Florence loves to let her creativity flow, bringing a vibrant range of expertise into our agency life: whether it’s her background in interior design from the offline world or her role as a project manager and organizational talent at ACB in the digital world. With her focus on the human side and important details, she handles workshops, content creation and even the most stressful project deadlines with charm and ease. Florence often guides projects from the initial meeting all the way to launch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Oh, and in her free time, she writes for an Afro-diasporic magazine and travels the world, with her favorite destination being Kenya, where she loves spending time with her family.

Project Management & WordPress

After working in project management in various marketing agencies, amongst a few excursions into the online marketing department of a multinational corporation, and three exciting years in Argentina, Mandy started her own business in Berlin in 2011, specialising in WordPress projects. She brings this wealth of experience to the ACB team from the tranquil town of Ankum near Osnabrück. As a project manager with a web design focus, she supports ACB customers with consulting, development, optimisation and maintenance of their websites. Even in challenging situations, she always remains calm and keeps an eye on the big picture.

Elke Andernach (she/her)

Accounting & Project Management

When it comes to figures, processes, organisation and structures, Elke is in her element. A graduate in economics, she helps us with the bookkeeping at ACB. And thanks to her diligent and thoughtful attention to customers, she is also a great support in looking after our long-term clients as a project manager. Her home is in Kassel, a place of which not only she but also racoons are very fond. If you don’t catch her there, it’s because she is travelling. Our remote work model gives her the opportunity to settle in warmer regions just like the migratory birds in winter and discover new things.

project manager

As a project manager, Stefanie brings creativity and structure together and ensures that all the threads come together - while always leaving room for new ideas. She enjoys immersing herself in new topics and areas of responsibility: Before joining ACB, she worked as an organisational consultant for public administrations, as a project manager in climate and energy research and in online communication for foundations and NGOs, among other things. What she particularly appreciates about her work at ACB is the opportunity to collaborate with diverse, committed organisations and initiatives and to help their projects gain more visibility. The topics of sustainability and strengthening civil society are particularly close to her heart. She is at home in Berlin, Lisbon and Lusatia.
